Payment Structures

To ensure a smooth operation and to ensure our projects are completed on time, we have the following payment structures.

GENERAL REPAIR REQUESTS

For general repairs and maintenance, payment terms are generally payment on completion

SMALL PROJECTS

Depending on the project requirements, generally small projects will fall under the same conditions as General Repair Requests.

CUSTOM ORDERS | CUSTOM MADE

Where work orders include custom made or custom design items, payment terms are generally 50% deposit required.

MAJOR PROJECTS

On our medium to major projects such as home renovations or custom landscape designs, a 50% deposit is required, followed by progress payments all defined prior to the commencement of the project.
